Ever experienced trouble at closing because of of the large amount of rebates you earned? When you go through NWM Warehouse line, you will never have to experience those problem again, because we are operating as a banker, you do not have to show your rebate.

Your Name on 1003 is OK!
Because we are a banker, Loan Officers are able to put their own name under the interviewer's name on 1003, whether you have a license or not.

No Reserve Requirement
Have you been asked to set up a bank account with a direct lending company and require a minimum amount of reserve incase something happens to your files, so they can take your money back?  At New World Mortgage, we do not require you to have a minimum amount of reserve.

Be Your Own Boss
By becoming a New World Mortgage Branch Manager, you are your own boss with unlimited income potential, and you decide your business plan.  You will have all the access of receiving the benefits for yourself, but not by yourself. From marketing to underwriting, we are here to assist you.

1099 or W2 or Both
Many people would like the option to have 1099 instead of W2.  At NWM, you have a few different options.  One of them is to pay your corporation up to 80% of your profit and 20% as a W2.  Or if you have a DRE license, we can pay you 1099 for the state you are licensed in.  Otherwise, we can pay you 100% W2.

Payroll at our expense
When you are a Branch Manager at New World Mortgage, we can do all the payroll for you at our expense when you fund a file.  Just submit a payroll form to your business development manager who recruited you, and let us know who we should make the check out to.

We will update all of our A Paper, Alt-A, 2nd, and Subprime AE's email periodically and send all of them an email to bid for your business.  When they return your email, you will receive a notice via email.  All responds will be categorized in a easy to read table to see all lender's explanations, guidelines and rates.

100% Commission or MORE
The Net Branch gets to enjoy all the benefits and privileges of being a mortgage BANKER / BROKER. We make it easy to expand your business by giving you turnkey access to licensing in the states in which you want to broker loans in at 100% commission pay out minus a small fee of $895 per file.

Net Branches will also have access to New World Mortgage warehouse lines, and can fund loans as a banker, when those loans are closed utilizing our in-house products, we will WAIVE the $895 Per File Fee, plus the privilege to share our profits of volume incentives of $1,000 at every $500,000 that funded through our warehouse line.  For example; if your branch funded $5 Million this month, you will receive a check of $10,000 as a volume incentive from us.

No Set up or Application Fee to Join
Right now, there is no set up fee, application fee, background check fee or administrative fee to join us.  When you become a member, we want you to succeed, we are not here to pitch pennies out of our Branch Managers.
